Q. Where are the items sourced from?

A. All items are sourced from New York outlet stores. These items are then shipped to the fulfilment center in the Philippines and are readied for local shipment to customers in the Philippines.

Q. Are the items listed original and genuine?

A. Yes, all items listed in this website are 100% guaranteed to be original and genuine. 

Q. Are your products directly shipped from the US to the Philippines?
A. Products listed in our website (unless marked ‘available soon’) were already pre-shipped from our New York headquarter to our fulfillment center in the Philippines. These products are ready for free delivery, upon purchase, to your homes in Luzon, Visayas or Mindanao. From the time of purchase, you can expect your orders to be at your doorsteps between 5 to 10 days. Products that are in transit to our fulfillment center in the Philippines are marked ‘Available Soon’ but are still available for sale which means that you can still buy these products through our website. However, in this case, delivery time will take up to 20 days from date of purchase. ‘In transit’ products means that we have already initiated shipment for these goods from our New York headquarter to our fulfillment center located in the Philippines. You may also refer to “Our Business Process” described in the “About Us” section for more information.

Q. What is the delivery time period?

A. For Metro Manila to Metro Manila: 1 to 5 working days. For Metro Manila to Provinces 5 to 10 working days. 

Q. How can I track my order? 

A. The tracking number and link of the shipping company will be emailed to the buyer.

Q. How much discount do you offer for your products?

A. We offer up to 50% discount from the original selling price. Check the website from to time to time for special and deeper discounts, specially during Valentines Day, Mother's and Father's Day, Thanksgiving Day (US), Black Friday (US), and Christmas Season. 

 Q. Can I order items that I want to buy but not listed on the website?

A. Yes.  Please email us the product details and we will try to buy it for you and deliver it to your home. A 50% down payment will be required based on the estimated selling price. Delivery time period may take a little longer and will depend upon the location of the buyer in the Philippines.  

Q. I live in the US, can I buy items in this website and deliver it to the Philippines?

A. Yes. Just specify the name of the person and his or her address in the Philippines in the purchase order.

Q. I live in the US, can I buy items in this website and deliver it to my address in the US?

A. No. The products that are displayed in our website are already in our fulfilment center in the Philippines readied for local delivery. However, you can email us for the products that you wanted to buy and deliver them to your US address subject to applicable sales tax as per US regulations.   

 Q. Can I pay my order through cash on delivery (COD)?

A. No. All purchases should be paid through the payment instruments (e.g., PayPal, Amex, Discover, Visa, Mastercard, etc.) listed in this website.
