This website is owned and managed by New York Premium Outlet Corporation, a business entity registered with the State of New York, Department of State (NYSDOS). The corporation number is 6324009.
Our Mission:
1. We buy most of our products from New York outlets.
2. We pack our purchases in bulk for shipment, thru our air courier in New York, to our fulfillment center located in Metro Manila, Philippines.
3. Goods that have arrived at our fulfillment center are then listed for sale at our website: www.buystateside.online
4. Products purchased by our customers thru our website are shipped from our fulfillment center to any valid address in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. Shipment is free and customers can expect their orders to be at their doorsteps between 5 to 10 days from the date of purchase.
5. Products that are in transit to our fulfillment center in the Philippines are marked ‘Available Soon’ but are still available for sale which means that you can still buy these products through our website. However, in this case, delivery time will take up to 20 days from date of purchase. Confirmed customer orders that are still in transit to our fulfillment center will be taken out of our merchandise inventory.
6. ‘In transit’ products means that we have already initiated shipment for these goods from our New York headquarter to our fulfillment center located in the Philippines. Once received in the Philippines, these products will be UNMARKED as ‘available soon’
